2019 Timo Mayer The Doktor Kabinett Trocken Riesling

Bring back the funk! That is the winemaking philosophy of owner Timo Mayer and it is reflected in his wines which are full of personality and character. Defined by vineyard character and vintage with the winemaking taking a backseat to nature.

Originally from Germany Timo and wife Rhonda settled in the Yarra and planted a vineyard located outside Healesville. The vineyard is steep and hilly and is densely planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Shiraz.
