2019 Mirco Mariotti Smarazen Bianco Pet Nat
Mirco Mariotti's wines are grown and made in the eastern part of Emilia-Romagna about 300m from the Adriatic Sea. The soil is mostly sand and many of his vines are over 100 years old.
Named after local card games, the wines of Mirco Mariotti are lightly sparkling with second fermentation finishing in the bottle bottle. Smarazen is made from 80-100 year old vines and is fermented on the skins for one day.
