2018 Cantina Margo Fiero Rosato Sangiovese

Early harvest of the Sangiovese grapes. Hand destemmed and kept as whole berries for three days. Pressed gently with ferment in stainless tanks and elevage in old barrels. No sulphur added, un-fined, unfiltered.

How: Drinks closer to a light red than a Rosé. This has some serious weight to it, we enjoyed it with roast bird.
