They take verjus from Semillon and a long-neglected vineyard of Riesling then add a little bit of Murray River salt and a touch of chamomile to make a complex sparkling drink. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the closest we have found to non alcoholic wine without it being dealcoholized.
