2018 Farnea Birbo
Marco’s Birbo (the “rascal”) is a blend of Malvasia, Tocai and ancient varieties from old vines. Fermented and aged in fibreglass, ten days on skins have lent the wine a little flesh and grip. It is fragrant and fruit forward and spicy. A wine you could genuinely drink all day long.
