The game is 23 years strong, always 100% Pinot Noir a parcle in the vineyard picked for rosé (made for purpose), left on lees for 16 month, much longer than it was back in 1995. No fining, filtering or Tinkering. Thoughtfully produced to reflect on where its grown.
