2019 Jamsheed Park Rousanne

Skin fermented Roussanne from the granite-laced Warner vineyard in Beechworth. Fermented as whole bunch, full carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, racked to older 800L puncheons and bottles unfiltered and unfined.
