Jared’s wines are an extension of himself. Each vintage is a culmination of a creative journey, and marks a time and a place of creativity and inspiration that can never be reproduced in the same way.
Wholebunch pressed to old oak and fermented wild, under flor for 10months. The resulting wine is sent to bottle where tirage occurred and remained on lees for 5months prior to disgorgement. Finished without dosage and no added SO2.
