2019 LATTA Bad Reputation Blanc
VIOGNIER from two vineyards:
One in Moonambel the other in Lamplough both from the Pyrenees, Victoria.
Great people who love their vineyards. Low Cropping around 1-1.5 ton to the acre.
Fermented in Barrel, left on lees for 11 months then bottled after 4 months of rest in stainless.
Where: Coghills Creek, VIC
How: Cool this one down ever so slightly, summery herby chicken dishes, olives, hummus...that kind of thing will go well.
