2019 Patrick Sullivan Waterskin Field Blend
All varieties are picked on the same day, from the same block. The Riesling is direct pressed over whole cluster Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is co-fermented for 7 days and then pressed off to barrel. The palate is powerful with bright grapefruit, melon, passion- fruit, sandalwood and savoury length. A wine of certain class and cellaring potential.
