2020 A.R.C Baw Baw White
We are delighted to release our final 2020 Gippsland wine. A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon from the biodynamic wild dog vineyard in Warragul South. It was all whole bunch pressed and aged un-topped in old puncheons for 12 months before being racked to tank where it settled for 3 months prior to bottling. The sauvignon is super aromatic with a gewürztraminer like appearance while the Semillon adds a lovely acidic backbone to the wine. 10ppm added before bottling. 35 dozen made.
