2020 Das Juice Maceration
Our skin contact wine is a blend of Arneis (Peters Creek Vineyard – Organic), Sauvignon Blanc (Brackenwood Vineyard – Cert Biodynamic) and Riesling (Brackenwood Vineyard – Cert Biodynamic). Grapes were all hand picked on the same day before being de-stemmed and spent 16 days on skins before pressing where long slow natural ferment took place in tank. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
