50/50 sauvignon blanc/riesling
River gravels on clay and Moutere clay. Stainless steel and amphora.
Predominantly whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with 15% skin ferment in amphora. Bottled with 0.5g/l RS for light spritz. - Alex Craighead
