It's a blend of Neretta a rare native Piemontese variety prized for its dark color and spicy tannins, plus the usual red suspects of the region - Barbera + Dolcetto. It's made in a lightly sparkling style, that kind of makes it Lambrusco adjacent. Bone dry, tart, tannin and searing acidity.
