2020 Si Vintners Baba Yaga
Same vineyard as Lello but winemaking differs slightly, fermented on its skins for around 10 days, following the first 8 days of ferments a roughly 10% addition of whole bunches of Cabernet Sauvignon is made. Post press the ferment finishes off in stainless steel, where it remains until malolactic fermentation is finished. The wine is then allowed to settle and bottled with a small sulphur addition.
