2021 Beyond the Glass BBQ Dog
Heathcote (Taungurung) Syrah, grown by Hugh at Humis.
1 day on skins, same fruit used for rosé (saignée method).
Barrel fermented and kept.
No adds of any kind.
Red fruit with a sweet finish, this is best served at room temperature, even warm is delightful.
