2021 Bink Mirrorz Zinfandel

100% Clare Valley fruit. Picked at the end of February under a bright blue sky (it was a beautiful day!!)
3/4 destemmend fruit with a 1/4 whole bunch fruit in the fermenter. Pressed to seasoned French oak and bottled in July. 
Even though the variety is Zinfandel, it tastes more like a structure Pinot or Gamay. Bright and fresh characters in nose with a fluid palate and never-ending after taste.
