2021 Bink Sargeant J Grenache
Picked mid february, I always enjoyed to make grenache in a more softer way compared with my barossa mates. 80% destemmend, 20%whole bunch underneath, I let the juice go dry and pressed to old seasoned french oak. Result, turkish delight and candy crush hints linger in nose with blueberries and freshly cut sherries. Salivating mouth with spice complexity and tannines to back it all up. Had a very small production of this
