2021 La Violetta Spunk Pet Nat

Sourced from two serious Great Southern sites, combined to produce the pét-nat frivolity that is 'Spunk Nat'. Frankland River Riesling (90%) and Mount Barker Shiraz (10%) drained off after a couple of days skin contact; all fermented wild. The wines are racked together at just the right moment then sent to bottle without fining, filtration or any additions
