2021 Little Brunswick Grampians Syrah
This wine is made from the famed Concongella clone and bleeds a struck flint minerality typical of this clone. On the palate this wine shows a lacy tannin that builds as you sip. It opens with florals and white pepper before offering dried cranberries and a dried earth savouriness reminiscent of the days spent picking the fruit in March.
