Four different vineyards across South Australia, all are farmed organically or are in conversion since being taken on by Dave. The Grenache and Semillon are from 75 years old vines in the Barossa Valley with the rest around 20-25 years old. Cabernet Franc sourced from McLaren Vale. Chardonnay and Riesling from Eden Valley.
An equally audacious & delicious blend of Semillon (30%), Cabernet Franc (30%), Chardonnay (20%), Grenache (15%) and Riesling (5%).
