Orsi San Vito Sui Lieviti 2018
Pignoletto is local variety from Bologna Hills, a little paradise 20 minutes out of the city. The lively fruit grown biodynamically is frstly naturally fermeted and then goes through a secondary fermetation in bottle. Sui Lieviti, or sur lies if you are francophile, means not disgorged. Don't forget to roll the bottle before pouring and enjoy this refreshing, textural, citrus driven juice.
