Unkel 'In my mind' Pinot Gris x Pinot Noir 2020

IN MY MIND - A mash up of two vinous stalwarts, ‘In My Mind’ is a co-ferment of 60% Pinot Gris & 40% Pinot Noir. Whilst not your conventional blend, there is a reason it is becoming a more ubiquitous in the wine world. A tightly wound ball of jubey fruit and subtle tannin, grab a bottle and take a glimpse into my mind.

WINEMAKING - 60% Destemmed Pinot Gris (2/15 & Mission clones) Cofermented in tank with 40% Destemmed Pinot Noir (Clone 6). Pressed after 2 weeks into ¾ stainless steel tank, ¼
puncheon.
