 picked early  february. 

100% destemmend fruit from Mclaren vale. Barrel fermented in foudre and kept on gros lies until bottling. The most textural and complex savagnin that we make. Love how the lemon curd freshness completely balances out the textural intensity that savagnin is notorious for.
