2022 Beyond the Glass Pippa

The Fiano is from Taungurung Country (Heathcote). It was direct pressed to tank and fermented to almost dry before being bottled with a little residual sugar to create those classic pét nat bubbles. Pippa is sweetly sagacious. Steely, bubbly and explosively crisp. Like a fresh pear smashed to bits.

Named after Pippa, who might be an old grump, but is always loyal and protective.
