This is a blend of Petit Verdot (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), both grown in our vineyard.
Petit Verdot: 100% de-stemmed and fermented for five days on skins.
Matured for seven months in seasoned French oak. The Pinot Noir was direct pressed and barrel fermented.
These components make a wine which is bright and pretty with fine tannin.
