Returns

Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any major failure of a product. You are also entitled to a replacement If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. 

If you receive a damaged product or you feel it is faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee please get in contact with us via email with your proof of purchase at hello@okwines.com.au and we will happily organise a replacement/refund for you.
