2022 Party Mix 'Volume IV'

We've all got some party-times ahead, a bevvy bringing affair that you don't want to break the bank but also something tasty and not from a naff bottle-o chain. Welcome Party Mix Volume IV! A skinsy number, with notes of nashi pear, honeydew melon and white peach this is vibrant and fresh and definitely share-able. 

From two vineyards in SA, the Chardonnay vineyard was established in the 1970s and the owners have committed to the Freshcare Australian Wine Industry Standard of Sustainable Practice. They do heaps of cool stuff with the wetlands on their property, like preserving endangered species by creating breeding sites for them and pushing back against non-native flora and fauna.

Stainless steel ferment, aged in neutral French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Nominal sulfur at bottling.
