2023 Commune of Buttons 'Day for Night' Rosé
A slightly more pinkish hue rosé than some might be used to - don't let this keep you from enjoying this gorgeous wine. Bone dry, with a savoury herbaceous (perhaps radish?) edge, the palate is mouth watering, and full of lovely ripe watermelon.
A gently foot stomped wine (Yes! People do still do this!) means that the tannins have been ever so gently extracted making a very silky mouthfeel. There is a quintessential rose structure to this wine, and the blend of Syrah and Chardonnay make it absolutely excellent for food.

How: This wine makes us crave wood-fired pizza, with a blood orange and fennel salad on the side. Or just pizza. In-front of our favourite movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Self-Care ;)
