2023 Good Intentions Frankie Cab Franc

We poured this wine at our last Sunset Sessions event - it went down an absolute treat. If you've never had Cabernet Franc this is the perfect place to start, it's an incredible example at a really reasonable price. Bright, tart black cherries, blackberry with a minerally (dare we say almost graphite) to bring complexity and savouriness to this juicy, quaffable wine. It takes a slight chill really well and is a great red wine for the summer.

How: On a sunny balcony, with salami and some excellent tunes. You chucked this wine in the fridge about 30 mins before because, for once, you were organised.
