Barossa Wine Cartel ‘No, No’ Non-Alc Sparkling

 These non-alcoholic drinks from Barossa Wine Cartel were born out of Josh, one of the owner's (his wife is the other) had to take a year off drinking. After a long, enlightening conversation with him, we understand the labour and love that goes into these non alcoholic drinks. They're actually more difficult to make than wine he says! They take verjus from Semillon and a long-neglected vineyard of Riesling then add a little bit of Murray River salt and a touch of chamomile to make a complex sparkling drink. 

This is the closest we have found to non alcoholic wine without it being dealcoholized. We're not fans of this as it's incredibly processed - whereas Barossa's Wine Cartel is exactly what you see, good quality ingredients made honestly.
