2022 La Violetta Spunk Pet Nat
Strawberry sherbet, lime, orange blossom, guava and a savoury edge of spice to balance makes for frivolous, joyful fizz. This is a wine made for a party, and a boogey on the dance floor.
From two Wagyl Kaip and Southern Noongar (Great Southern) sites, drained off after a couple of days skin contact; all fermented wild. The wines are racked together at just the right moment then sent to bottle without fining, filtration or any additions
