2023 Babche Wines Farmer's Fizz

Single vineyard sparkling Chardonnay! 

From 30 year old vines, this sparkling has lovely, lively, almost creamy fizz and notes of fresh ripe pear and apple. This is a pure delight. 

Niki spent a lot of her youth in rural Macedonia with her grandparents who also made wine. Babche is a fond nickname for Grandma thus the nonna-centric labels. All of their wines are organic or biodynamic.

No Sulphur is added. Unfined, Unfiltered, Biodynamic.
