2023 Domaine Jousset Exilé Rosé Pét - Nat

Cut red apple, Rhubarb, Peony and ripe raspberry all sing harmoniously with a whisper of dried herbs- marjoram, dried lavender and oregano hum subtly underneath. Beguiling but very drinkable. You don't have to sit and ponder if you don't want to with this wine. Wonderfully refreshing.

This is absolutely delicious rosé bubbles. Lise and Bertrand adore bubbles - so they have put incredible effort and talent to produce some really wonderful examples. 

Lise is an ex-Sommelier - so these guys are making super clean, bright examples of Pet-Nat. They take a little bit more time than some (which is awesome) which results in a more complex, very well made example of this style of sparkling. 

Gamay and Grolleau are excellent varieties to see in all of their Loire style glory here. Grolleau is one of the many wonderful varieties that are somewhat unique to this region in France.
