If you like salty, Sicilian white wines - you will probably love this. Grown on Volcanic soils- like Sicily, these vines are suspected to be around 100 years old. Jonatán Garcia is one of the producers who put Tenerife on the map - their wines are iconic. 

Aromatic, with herbal and floral notes, the palate is slightly salty, powerful yet deft across the palate. Chamomile, tangy fruits and a subtle smokiness makes a wine for something you've never tasted before, but still familiar. It's so exciting, lip smacklingly delicious.
