2023 Xavier Goodridge Pa Pa Pinot Gris

This is a true Pinot Gris- with texture and spice! It's ever so slightly hinted with pink in the glass, notes of ginger, spice, pear, yellow apple and a hint of orange. It's a wine that's excellent with food - but also still quaffable on it's own.

Xavier Wines is the brainchild of Xavier Goodridge in Gippsland, Australia. Xavier found himself running a wine bar in London, UK when he was just 18. When he made his way back to Australia he began studying winemaking and traveled frequently to further his understanding of viticulture and oenology.
