2023 Bondar Rosé

This is pale, pretty, dry rosé - just like what your mum loves. 

Made with three French varieties from Southern Rhône/ Languedoc that makes a lot of sense to make a rosé from. Grenache gives the beautiful red fruit, perfumed strawberry and cranberry, Cinsault gives a touch of softness and blue fruit - mulberry and blue berry and a dash of Counoise nips it all in together with some added structure. This is a strawberries and cream rosé that is made really well. These guys farm organically where possible, and overall are sustainable growers and makers.

How: Roast chicken, and especially the left over chicken sambo the next day.
