2023 Cobaw Ridge Il Pinko Rosé

Some people don't take rosé very seriously - and think it can't command a higher price. We think this wine proves them spectacularly wrong. Elegant, crystalline, almost slippery on the palate - there's ripe red fruits, raspberry, strawberry, red cherry with alpine herbs, and pink kampot pepper. It's such a pleasurable drink - something for Christmas seafood and boxing day turkey sandwiches. A great wine to gift, or to share with those who might be a bit more conservative in their wine choices? This will win over even the coldest of hearts. 

Matured in Qvevri and another ceramic vessel.
