2023 Dormilona Pinku Rosé

A perfumed, pretty strawberries and cream rosé. People think that Rosé is just for summer- but we drink it all year round. It's super food friendly, and a total delight on it's own too! 

'Made from some stunning Shiraz from the Yungarra vineyard Yallingup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of battonage to check in some mid weight texture, full malo, then racked off to settle before bottle. No additives, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.'
