2023 Poderi del Paradiso Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Vernaccia (Ver-Nah-Chah) is a grape synonymous with Tuscany. There's bright acid, pithy lemon and honeydew melon - this wine has a driving energy about it. After one sip it will have you coming back for more. There's crunchy red pear, and a spiciness that reminds akin to white pepper and pear skin. This wine is a spectacular example of an Italian White - and such an excellent companion with a whole host of food.
