2024 Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett

This wine is floral, with notes of honeysuckle and jasmine and a slightly flinty, savoury finish. The mid-palate is wonderfully juicy, mouthwatering with mandarin and nashi pear. An absolute stunning wine! And is an example of a delicious, dry Riesling from Germany. 

J.J. Prüm is widely considered as one of the finest producers in the world of Riesling. 

In Australia - we do have incredible Riesling, so it's not always convincing to try one from Germany at perhaps a premium price. We want to tell you - in this instance, it is totally worth it. Like drinking spring in a glass - these wines are a total expression of site that is quite unique to Mosel. They transport you. The 2024 vintage has been described by Katharina Prüm as 'textbook'.
