2024 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett

This Riesling is bright, with notes of fresh cut green apple, white peach and fresh herbs. It's light footed, and despite having a touch of residual sugar, the bright acidity is perfectly poised, balancing that whisper of ripeness.

J.J. Prüm is widely considered as one of the finest producers in the world of Riesling. 

In Australia - we do have incredible Riesling, so it's not always convincing to try one from Germany at perhaps a premium price. We want to tell you - in this instance, it is totally worth it. Like drinking spring in a glass - these wines are a total expression of site that is quite unique to Mosel. They transport you. The 2024 vintage has been described by Katharina Prüm as 'textbook'.
