2024 Whispers of Chaos Red

Showing maturity and expertly handles wines- well above his years is Marcus Torzi of whispers of Chaos. He's only just finished his degree of oenology and viticulture at University of Adelaide! This year he took home the prize pf best new act at the annual Young Gun awards. We're pretty excited for his future. 

Here is the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon blend. That might sound a bit unusual on paper, until you discover the wines of Tuscany - and Super Tuscans! Made in Italian Amphorae, this wine has lovely dark, brooding fruit - dark cherry, boysenberry, with a touch of spice and dried herbs. The tannins are slightly grippy, and add balance to the beautiful core of fruit.
