Tintenbar Distillery Tuckombil Dry Gin
Our very first Gin for Ok. Wines! Certified Organic, and just over the hill from us in Tintenbar, we are thrilled to be working with them. With notes of Juniper, Ginger, and Citrus peels, this is fantastic in a martini or in a gin and tonic.
Many spirits and wine makers preach holier than thou - but these guys walk the walk and talk the talk. Almost all of their ingredients are grown directly on their organically certified 30 acre farm OR come from a very nearby organic producer. Made in small stills on site, this is a pretty unique farm to behold.

What: Local grains distilled with Juniper, Ginger, Citrus peel and other aromatics. 500ml
How: To be drunk as an aperitif, with a splash of tonic and wedge of orange. As the sun sets, with cicadas as your orchestra.
