2023 Ada Wine Co. Babs Rosé

Fleshy, textural red fruited with a savoury spice - Babs Rosé is a crowd pleaser! With notes like sour cherry and raspberry - this wine will hold up to all manner of food and a perfect wine to bring around to someone's house for lunch. 

Named after James Ellis' Grandma Barbara- Babs. Funnily enough one of our own Grandmas was a Babs too! We have a soft spot for this wine, and think it's personality is quite fitting. Our Grandma Babs was a livewire. A champion swimmer, and probably the most excited person we think you'd ever meet to hand out pressies (or throw- depends on who is telling the story) to her 14 grandchildren at Christmas. She's no longer with us - so here's to our Babs. We always cheers to her when we pop open a bottle and quaff with delight.
