2015 The Lost Plot Carignan

The Lost Plot had it's feet both in Victoria and Roussillon in France. This is an expressive example of Carignan, dark, plush fruit and just a little hint of black pepper. This wine has 10 years of bottle age - so there's notes of leather, spice and dried fig. We love the Roussillon - it's critically underrated and there's incredible value to be had. 

These vines are a whopping 100 years old, and are farmed biodynamically.
