2022 Wilkie 'Snapper' Grenache

Tom tells a brilliant story of how this label came to fruition. He and his cousin were fishing in Lorne as 10 year olds on Boxing Day. With not much expectation and Christmas Ham as bait, they managed to land an absolute whopper of a red snapper. 

In the style of this wine - like snapper  - red fruit nips at your tastebuds. Lively, racy acid is soothed with silken red berries. Strawberry, raspberry and black cherry abound. A total delight for the dinner table.
