2021 Bobar Chardonnay

Bobar Chardonnay has such a distinct expression of Wurudjeri Woi Wurrung (Yarra Valley) Chardonnay; tasty, powerful and rich, restrained, refreshing and mineral all at once.

Aromas of stonefruit just on the cusp of ripeness, preserved lemon, praline and sourdough bread aromas. The palate is super focussed – textured, long and structured. Pithy acidity gathers the richness around it, forming a core of power and intensity that will slowly unfold with time.
