2021 Les Deux Moulins Rose
'Look out Provence! Made mainly from Grolleau, which has long been the variety that is made into rosé across the Loire, this is an organic offering that is light, crisp and refreshing, but still has a bit of oomph about it. It really sings aromatically and on the palate, like a really good pop ballad. Hint of hibiscus, grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, and a nice glitter of minerality. Dry, tasty, and crowd-pleasing.'
