2023 Emmalene Sparkling

A really well made traditional method sparkling wine. Fermented twice - just like Champagne, but like, no where near the same price. 

There's flavours of fresh red fruits like raspberry, strawberry and pink lady apple. It's fresh and elegant and just the wine to end the week with.
